Welcome to the America’s Home Place - Calhoun Model Center, located in the culturally rich and historically compelling North West Georgia corridor between Atlanta and Chattanooga. We want to extend an invitation to you to visit our Calhoun Model and Design Center located on I-75, off exit 312. You can stroll through three different homes, getting a feel for the quality of our craftsmanship, visit our design and selection center, and speak to our team of professionals who are ready to answer your questions, and assist you with designing, pricing, and ultimately building the home you want, where you want it.

We feature over 100 free floor plans ranging from 900 heated sq. ft. to 4200 heated sq. ft. that can be viewed here on our website or in person at our Calhoun Model Center.
